A Nespresso coffee machine and two refrigerators complete the kitchen amenities. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large laundry room, and sliding glass doors open to an outdoor patio. Fresh herbs and vegetables from the nearby garden are available for guests to use.

The formal dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, features antique furniture and wall lights that create an intimate ambiance, perfect for family gatherings or romantic dinners. The great room, next to the dining room, is decorated in a casually elegant style, with oversized sofas, island-style chairs, and a big-screen TV.
