Our tour begins with the gourmet island kitchen, elegantly decorated with Italian furniture and fully equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including two wall ovens, a dishwasher, a microwave, a trash compactor, a wine cooler, and a drop-in glass-top range. A Nespresso coffee machine and two refrigerators complete the kitchen amenities. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large laundry room, and sliding glass doors open to an outdoor patio. Fresh herbs and vegetables from the nearby garden are available for guests to use. The formal dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, features antique furniture and wall lights that create an intimate ambiance, perfect for family gatherings or romantic dinners. Original Bahamian paintings adorn the walls, adding a touch of local culture. The great room, next to the dining room, is decorated in a casually elegant style, with oversized sofas, island-style chairs, and a big-screen TV. This room offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the lake, with sliding glass doors leading to two large patios. The guest bedroom, located beyond the great room, features a queen bed, a private patio with ocean views, a new outdoor shower, and a new powder room. The spacious master bedroom, with a king bed and walk-in closet, offers an en-suite bathroom with a dual shower and direct access to the beach. The separate guest cottage, situated 100 feet from the main villa, includes two bedrooms with twin beds convertible to kings, en-suite bathrooms, and private patios with ocean views. The cottage is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Its stunning pink sand beach is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, walking, or relaxing with a book and a cool drink under the new beachside palapas. The estate is fully equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a washer and dryer, WiFi, satellite TV, beach chairs, an outdoor shower, snorkel gear, backup generators, and a water cooler to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.
