About this home
This is a beautiful, newly built, 3 bedroom, 4 bathrooms, fully equipped beachfront property offering in excess of 2,000 sq.ft of comfortable living space.
Immediately the essence of this detached property with its combination of the Caribbean and contemporary flair is noticed. The entire lower level has a wraparound covered passageway leading onto a generous covered patio, lounge, and dining area all offering unobstructed views of our white sands and glistening ocean. There is a saltwater plunge pool and deck just off of the lounge area, perfect for tanning, and the bar is conveniently positioned between the kitchen and the deck. Just a few steps away one can paddleboard, snorkel, or just laze and enjoy the gentle lapping of the ocean.
The upper level offers two bedrooms to the East of the stairs, both have en-suite bathrooms with shower; one has built-in closets and sleeps four – ideal for teenagers or children, while the other has a king-sized bed, built-in closets and additional chest of drawers.
The Master bedroom located towards the West has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and walk-in closet. Via full French doors, one has access to the large open patio overlooking the sea, truly a great space to sit and enjoy your surroundings or those romantic nights together.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans and flat-screen TV’s, the property has security grills throughout, an alarm system managed by a reputable security firm, and a beautiful garden to the West.
