About this home
Welcome to this beautiful, modern updated Gulf-front townhome tucked away in posh Blue Mountain Beach right off 30A. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence enjoys the ultimate in terms of breathtaking views with direct access to the sugar-white sand and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico.
On the home's first floor is a bunkroom, plus a bedroom with a full bath with shower. This is where you will access the beach path. The deck also includes a gas grill and shower. The second level is home to the stunningly beautifully decorated living room that opens to a modern, fully equipped kitchen - all with stunning Gulf views. On the third floor, you’ll find a spacious master bedroom overlooking the Gulf with a private balcony. The bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the 4th bedroom. All bedrooms come with TVs for your entertainment needs.
Right next door is a pool and fitness room available for our guests use. The pool is heated seasonally (call for dates) and features lap lanes and a spacious hot tub.
