Welcome to an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. This private, gated resort boasts 600 feet of pristine beach frontage, ensuring a secure and comfortable environment. This stunning three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit offers dazzling views of the 8,000-square-foot, three-tiered pool, visible from the master suite, living room, dining area, and kitchen. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, marble backsplashes, a gas stove, and KitchenAid appliances. The dining room seats six, with additional seating for three at the bar. The balcony provides a perfect spot for al fresco dining and lounging with an amazing view. The resort offers two spectacular pools. The 1,700-square-foot gulf-side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue-green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is a remarkable 8,000 square feet, featuring three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool, and the European cobblestone deck includes various seating areas. The fitness center is conveniently located near the pool, and the gulf-front lawn area is ideal for sunset views or gatherings. The resort's prime location provides quick access to Grayton, Seaside, and WaterColor, known for fine shopping and dining. The area offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic Highway 30A, and Destin is just 12 miles away. Bike rentals are available, and the ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach. Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit.
