About this home
Alerio B203 is a near-beach condo in Miramar Beach, FL with a great location in walking distance to the beach! The Alerio complex is located just across the street from the beach, and all guest have access to the deeded beach access with a covered pavilion and picnic table. Guests can also enjoy the community amenities such as the in-ground swimming pool, hot tub, children’s splash pad, DVD rental machine, and grilling area. The interior of the condo is furnished with brand new décor and new appliances in 2017. Wood flooring, granite counters, and an open floor plan make Alerio B203 the perfect casual beach escape!
Upon entering the unit, guests will be find a spacious living area, a gourmet kitchen, and a dining area. The living area is set up with a 60” flat screen TV, plenty of seating, and a sleeper sofa. Adjacent to the living room, a dining table provides seating for 6. Meals can be prepared in the gourmet kitchen, which is fully supplied with cookware, utensils, plates, and glasses! The appliances are all Amana stainless steel and include an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, water boiler, toaster, waffle maker, and blender.
The sleeping accommodations in Alerio B203 supply beds for 6 and a sleeper sofa for an additional 2 guests. The king suite impresses with a private bath featuring a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub, standalone shower, and private water closet. Down the hall resides a queen bedroom and a guest bedroom with two twins. They share access to the full hall bath with a combination shower/tub. For added convenience, there are also laundry machines in the condo’s laundry closet, so guests do not have to do laundry off site or in a shared facility.
