Be one of the first guests to stay at this 7,000 square foot luxury beachfront vacation home that can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests within its eight beautifully appointed bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.
This architecturally splendid residence has spared no expense inside or out to ensure your vacationing comfort. The first floor features a floor-to-ceiling custom built in bookshelf and wet bar perfectly situated adjacent to the wide open living area and kitchen. The home was designed to frame the mesmerizing views of the Gulf and to ensure a vacation of a lifetime.
A Smart home, reclaimed hardwood floors, wooden beams, and Venetian plaster walls presents an understated luxurious coastal feel. There is one bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and use of a shared hallway bathroom.
Utilize the elevator or stairs to get to the second floor, which is where you will discover 2 Gulf-front guest suites with access to an incredible, oversized balcony with unobstructed access to the crystal-clear water. There are 2 rooms with a king bed, balcony access with sliding glass doors, and spa quality en-suite bathrooms. There is also a room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and trundles attached with a private bathroom. The third floor has 2 additional Gulf-front master suites with king beds, spacious en-suite bathrooms and identical balcony views as the second floor. The third floor also features an additional living area with a cozy sofa and large flatscreen TV.
While the inside of the home is jaw dropping its the outside fenced, Gulf-facing, entertaining and pool area that will take your breath away. Enjoy a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, wonderful private pool with a tanning shelf and a direct access boardwalk providing easy and private beach access.
The carriage house located above the garage provides 2 additional full bedrooms. It has its own living area, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and balcony. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and private bathroom, while the other bedroom is beautifully appointed with a king and has an en-suite bathroom.
