Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows and exposed ceiling beams add formality to a casual living room with slipcovered furniture. Across from the living room is a primary bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with a shower. A dining table has seating for 6 and leads to a colorful kitchen with premium appliances and a black granite-topped island with a farmhouse sink and seating for 5. Double-glass doors open to an outdoor kitchen with a commercial refrigerator and gas grill. A private courtyard has a swimming pool, chaise lounges, and a dining area. In the evening, dainty string lights above the dining table and lights from the pool create a lovely backdrop for meals.

On the second floor, guests may choose between 3 bedrooms that offer king, queen, or twin-over-full bunk beds. An open balcony has views of the neighborhood and connects to a side, screened porch. A ceiling fan, rocking chairs, and wooded views make the screened porch a relaxing spot to unwind. Tucked next to the staircase leading to the 3rd floor is a bonus room with a wet bar, coffee maker, flat-screen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa.

The third floor is a loft with access to the lookout tower. 2 twin daybeds with built-in trundles enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf. A deck on the lookout tower has treetop views of Blue Mountain Beach and the Gulf. It's the ultimate spot to toast sunset each evening.

Guests can explore the 30A bike path with 6 included adult bikes. Restaurants, shopping, and Draper Lake are all within a quick walk or bike ride.
