Welcome to this stunning new property in Dune Allen. Located just steps from our world-renowned sugar-white sand beaches This house will fulfill all of your vacation needs. This luxury home comes fully equipped with space to house 28 guests comfortably. Each floor comes with a full-sized laundry room and living room, featuring large flat screen TVs ready to accommodate all your sporting and movie desires. The open floor plan and large glass windows leave you with wonderful natural light and beautiful gulf views. The spacious, state of the art modern kitchen comes with 2 dishwashers, microwaves, a large oven and cooktop and one of the two available full-sized refrigerators included with the house. There is an additional kitchenette on the third floor, multiple balconies, views of the gulf and an elevator to maneuver from floor to floor. If that wasn’t enough, the outdoor entertainment space completes this home with a private pool that offers heat option and the spa just off the living room that includes an outdoor gas grill and fireplace. It’s truly stunning.
