About this home
This stunning villa offers panoramic views of the lake from your private deck. The villa is located in one of the most popular destinations in the area. You can enjoy the privacy of your own entrance and a quiet cul de sac, while being close to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast. The rental also comes with two golf carts for you to explore the resort and the nearby shops and restaurants.
The villa has 4 bedrooms + a special bunkroom, 3 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 13 guests. The villa has a spacious and modern kitchen with granite countertops, white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. You can cook your favorite meals and enjoy them with your group in the dining area and bar. The living room has plenty of seating and a flat screen TV for you to relax and watch your favorite shows.
The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. Downstairs, there are two guest rooms with queen beds. Upstairs, there is another guest room with two queen beds, a special bunkroom with a twin bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, and a master suite with a king bed, a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The best part of the villa is the outdoor space. You can access the deck from the living room and the guest bedroom, and enjoy the lake views.
