Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, this serene, gated community offers two beautiful homes perfect for your vacation. Each home is surrounded by a state forest and is just a 5-minute walk from stunning white-sand beaches. Both homes offer a variety of activities. You can hike the nature trails and boardwalks through the Cypress forest. The community also features a shared pool, private outdoor grill, and a fire pit for evening relaxation. Home 1: This 4-bedroom, 4-bath home sleeps 12. - 1st Floor: Bedroom 1 has a full-over-full bunk bed and a TV, with a shared bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom with dual sinks and a large shower. - 2nd Floor: Bedroom 3 has a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a large shower. - 3rd Floor: Bedroom 4 offers a king bed, TV, a private balcony, and a private bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a large shower. The landing has two twin beds. Home 2: This 4-bedroom, 4-bath home sleeps 8. - 1st Floor: Bedroom 1 has two twin beds and a TV, with a shared bathroom. For beach access, simply exit the neighborhood to 30A, cross the street to the bike path, and walk towards the right until you see the gate at Sea Turtle Dr. Your deeded beach access is just a short 4-minute walk away. The gated community directly off 30A ensures peace and privacy, bordered by Point Washington State Forest to the north. The community pool is a highlight with its waterfall edge and cool blue tile, providing ample space to relax and enjoy. You can also head up to the observation deck to catch a breathtaking sunset. Parking is available for 2 cars in each driveway and an additional 2 cars in the garage. Please note that there is ongoing construction in the neighborhood. Each Santa Rosa Beach vacation rental provides a starter kit of amenities for your stay. The kitchen includes essentials like paper towels, a dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trashcan liners. The bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Towels are also provided, with one body towel and washcloth per guest, two hand towels per bathroom, and washing machine pods.
