About this home
Presenting this upscale retreat for discerning guests. This beautiful spacious residence offers a bright open floor plan that includes a king suite & the main living area on 1st floor. A perfect spot for you. Kids will love the two separate bunk rooms on the top floor, with a shared full bath. The adults will feel pampered in the two other king suites on the top floor. Super comfortable beds & spa baths add to the luxurious experience.
The family chef will enjoy the galley kitchen, stocked w/ high end stainless steel appliances & lots of cookware. The ample counter space allows for people to use the space together while other guests can keep the conversation flowing from the attached breakfast bar. A gas grill is outside the kitchen entrance, making it convenient to barbecue local produce & seafood for a feast.
Exploring Watercolor will be easy, thanks to 4 Taxi Bikes and 4 seater golf cart. You can even rent a tag-a-long cart for little ones to enjoy bike rides too. The famous Camp Watercolor is nearby. You will love drifting in the lazy river or squealing w/ delight as you ride down multiple water slides. Watercolor is known for its green spaces + walking trails, & Watercolor Clubhouse opens to a beautifully landscaped wetland park.
- Complimentary 4-seater Golf Cart- For use within Watercolor only. Must be at least 21 and a licensed/insured driver to operate.
- 4 minute bike or golf cart ride to Camp Watercolor.
- 6 houses from the Dragonfly Pool. This pool is heated during cooler months.
