Step through the grand mahogany double doors into an enchanting outdoor loggia and courtyard. The main level boasts an open-concept living area adorned with Travertine tile floors, soaring ceilings, and classic white shiplap walls. Relax in the spacious living room with a 70-inch HDTV or enjoy a meal at the elegant dining table for eight. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a tiered peninsula island, bleached wood cabinets, marble countertops, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including an 8-burner gas stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Inverter Micro Oven, and Top Hat Ice Maker. Dramatic 9-foot sliding wood doors open onto the sun-drenched pool deck.

The primary master suite on this level offers a king-size bed, a 40-inch HDTV, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a double marble vanity, freestanding tub, and a step-in shower, all highlighted by sparkling chandelier fixtures.

The second level houses four additional bedrooms, including a second master suite with a king-size bed, HDTV, and a spa-like bathroom featuring a vast shower with pebble tile detail and multiple showerheads. There is also a separate make-up area, private toilet, and double vanity. Another king-size bedroom and a bedroom with two queen-size beds are complemented by a nautical-themed bunk room with twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private balcony overlooking the courtyard.

The beautifully landscaped private pool area invites relaxation with its 8-person dining table and shaded seating area with an overhead fan. Enjoy meals on the pool deck using the hard-piped natural gas BBQ grill. Additionally, six bicycles are provided for exploring the neighborhood.

Located in a serene cul-de-sac community with only 11 homes, it ensures a tranquil escape, with the private beach just a 2-minute walk away. For dining and shopping, downtown Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach are easily accessible by foot or bike.
