This inviting vacation rental boasts five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Perfectly situated, it’s just steps from the Dunesider Grill, the community pool, and less than 500 feet from the golf cart beach access, ensuring quick and easy trips to the pristine sands of Watersound Beach.

Upon arrival, you’re greeted by a private pool at the front of the home, surrounded by cozy seating—an ideal spot for relaxation. The first floor features a guest bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main living area is bathed in natural light, thanks to its tall ceilings, and seamlessly flows into the kitchen and dining space. The elegant dining table seats eight, while the designer kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, ample storage, and an oversized center island with bar seating for four. Just off the living room, a screened-in porch offers a serene space to unwind with a good book or enjoy conversation. This floor also includes a half bath and a convenient laundry room.

The second floor opens to a charming bunk room with two custom-built twin-over-twin bunk beds, complete with a private bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. Another bedroom on this level offers two twin beds, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A common area provides comfortable seating, a TV, and access to the balcony—a perfect spot to relax.

Ascend to the third floor, where a built-in bookshelf along the stairs invites you to discover a good read.
