This luxurious retreat offers a main house, carriage house, private pool, and stunning tower views of the emerald coast. This inviting vacation rental boasts five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Perfectly situated, it’s just steps from the Dunesider Grill, the community pool, and less than 500 feet from the golf cart beach access, ensuring quick and easy trips to the pristine sands of Watersound Beach. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by a private pool at the front of the home, surrounded by cozy seating—an ideal spot for relaxation. The first floor features a guest bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main living area is bathed in natural light, thanks to its tall ceilings, and seamlessly flows into the kitchen and dining space. The elegant dining table seats eight, while the designer kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, ample storage, and an oversized center island with bar seating for four.
