Let’s start with the beach access, leading directly to the soft white sands and emerald waves. This stretch of beach offers a secluded, off-the-grid feel, right next to the protected coastal dunes. Set up your chair, disconnect from the world, and breathe in the beauty—this is what relaxation feels like. After a day at the beach, get ready for dinner in the fully equipped indoor kitchen, outfitted with state-of-the-art appliances. Whether you’re preparing a gourmet meal or ordering a late-night taco feast, you’ll have everything you need. If you’re in the mood for something even bigger, the outdoor kitchen is ready to handle it. Grill your fresh catch of the day or host a classic Florida crawfish boil—it’s all possible in the outdoor kitchen and dining space. End your evening with a nightcap at the bar in the main living room, then step out onto the fully furnished balcony. Every floor of this luxury 30A rental has a balcony, perfect for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or toasting the sunset with a glass of wine. The two residences offer plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for everyone to gather, while still allowing room to spread out and soak in the coastal scenery. West Residence: The custom-built bunk room sleeps up to 10 guests with a queen-over-queen bunk and two twin-over-full bunks. Nearby is a king suite with French doors opening to the furnished deck and private beach walk. Both rooms are on the ground floor and are accessible from the gated pool area, outdoor corridor, and beach walk. Upstairs, you’ll find separate queen and king suites on the second floor, sharing a spacious jack-and-jill bathroom. The third floor offers another balcony with stunning views of the natural dunes of Santa Rosa Beach, complete with a daybed for ultimate relaxation. East Residence: Moving between the two residences is easy via the second-floor covered corridor or the gated pool area. The first floor of the East Residence features a recreational room, custom furnishings, a unique bed nook, a full laundry room, and an indoor elevator. On the second floor, you’ll find the living, dining, and kitchen areas, including a chef-inspired kitchen and spacious pantry. The bar-style island and custom-built dining table provide plenty of seating for everyone. Kick back in the oversized U-shaped sectional in the living area, and end your day on the balcony, taking in the salty air. The third floor houses the luxurious king master suite with an ensuite and private balcony, plus another recreational area with additional sleeping arrangements.
