This contemporary second tier, three-story vacation home offers 5,600 square feet of well-appointed space that includes five bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to eighteen guests. The first floor of Dune Vista has separate guest quarters that is perfect for the kids which includes four built-in twin bunk beds as well as a full bathroom. There is also a living area with a sleeper sofa adjoining a kitchenette with a sleek black granite counter, a microwave oven, refrigerator and a sink. On this level, you are steps away from the sparkling lagoon-shaped swimming pool that measures a proud 28' x 12'. The second floor of Dune Vista has two Guest Bedrooms that are individually decorated with a king in one and a queen bed in the other. They both share a lovely full bathroom. One of the Master Suites is also on this same level with a charming four-poster king size bed facing a 40" LCD TV and a private spa-like luxury bath that features double sinks, a deep soaking tub as well as a shower. This Master Suite and one of the guest bedrooms have access to a covered deck where you may enjoy the gulf views and listen to the murmuring sound of the surf. The top floor of beach view home has a Great Room with a wall of windows that provide panoramic vistas of the pristine white beach. This richly accented comfortable space has soaring ceilings, gleaming hardwood floors, a decorative Oriental rug, large comfy chairs, an overstuffed couch and a 60" LCD TV. A Powder Room is conveniently located close by. Doors lead out to a spacious covered deck that looks out onto the gorgeous gulf. The other part of the Great Room has a large dining table that seats eight. The open state of the art kitchen has rich Brazilian cherry imported custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, which includes a side by side refrigerator as well as an extra under counter ice maker. There is a large mocha colored granite topped kitchen island with four woven bar seats for entertainment or serving favorite adult beverages that sits beside a big counter top gas range. The main Master Suite is also on this top floor level with a king sized bed, elegant tray ceilings, a new 55" LCD TV with a Blu-ray player and another fantastic luxury bath that has a deep tub as well as a steamy shower. Besides all these wonderful amenities Dune Vista has to offer this South Walton home is located in Dune Allen Beach, just minutes away from fun festivities at The Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin, additional beachside communities of South Walton along Scenic 30A and Topsail State Park, with miles of isolated shimmering shoreline and towering sand dunes.
