Nestled along the palm-lined stretch of Scenic Gulf Drive in the prestigious Frangista Beach community, this vacation rental offers easy access to popular gulf-front seafood restaurants like Pompano Joe's and The Whale's Tail, just a short stroll down the beach.
This Mediterranean-style three-story home boasts breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar-white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Each level features a spacious covered balcony accessible through multiple double glass doors, allowing you to soak in the beauty of the surroundings while enjoying cocktails and conversations.
Perfect for reunions, the home offers two separate living areas on the first and second floors. The first level features a splash pool, comfortable leather furnishings, a wet bar, and a bunk room with two queen-sized bunk beds, ideal for kids. On the second floor, plush furnishings adorn the living space, which opens onto a balcony overlooking the Gulf. The adjacent dining area and modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances provide the perfect setting for family meals.
The third floor boasts the main Master Suite with a king-size bed and a private beachfront balcony, perfect for romantic moments. Another queen bedroom with an attached full bathroom is also located on this floor. Guests can enjoy access to the Frangista Beach community pool, just a short walk away, in addition to the splash pool and the Gulf.
Parking is available for three cars, and additional parking may be arranged upon request. Please note that beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are subject to restrictions depending on the season. Additionally, the community pool may be heated during holiday weeks and spring break, based on temperature and HOA discretion.
