This beautiful vacation rental home boasts a private pool and a 12,000 ft community pool. This beautifully updated 4-bedroom vacation rental home with accommodations up to 14 guests. The much sought after seaside community of Seacrest Beach attracts visitors from all over the world.
The expansive living area enjoys easy access to the deep, covered porch and out to the homes private pool (a fee may apply for heat),The added bonus of an an outdoor shower , huge 55” flat screen HD TV , sofa sleeper, & fully equipped chef kitchen makes for a perfect vacation home away from home. The spacious modern kitchen boasts with custom cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances. Out door dining tables and chairs are provided for guests enjoyment.
The homes spiral staircase leads guests to a tower room with full-size sleeper sofa and its own half bath, plus sun balcony with spectacular rooftop views.
Seacrest Beach’s famous lagoon-style pool is only 100 yards from your front door making this a great family accommodation. Seacrest Beach is located on the Timpoochee Trail, providing a great walking, jogging, biking paths. Highway 30-A;is half-mile walk or bike ride away and guests can walk to local activities, dining and great shopping.
