About this home
Enjoy the views from 700 square feet of porches at this family-friendly beach house. One of the closest of the northern cottages to the beach with a setting on the fabulous West Long Green Park, it has a great mid-town location convenient to all that Rosemary Beach has to offer. It is an easy stroll to everything - the beach, pools, restaurants, and shops.
After you study the story told by the stained-glass windows, step inside the front door to an inverted floor plan, with 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The master suite has a California King bed, private bath, and screened porch. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two twins with a shared bath. Lots of great living space in this house to get together or get away.
The second floor features a private den with queen sleeper sofa, complete with games, TV, DVD/VCR stocked with movies, foosball table, private porch, and a classic arcade game. Also, a full bath with shower is on the second level. The main living area has an open floor plan with kitchen, living room, and dining room. The living area includes a 47 inch flat screen.
The main porch extends the full length of the house for great outdoor living.
The third level has a children’s loft/play area with games, TV, and two twin beds. Also included are high speed and wireless internet.
