This space is extended to the porch where you will enjoy an out door 300 square feet space ideal for gatherings and relaxing in the Florida sunshine.Community amenities include a pool house with a large, resort-style pool with rock waterfalls, a large and bubbling heated spa, a fun fire pit, outdoor kitchen, dressing rooms and private showers, outdoor showers provide the quality that you would expect from such a high end community. . This home is steps from the community pool so its almost like having a giant private pool!
This opulent residence is a mere half mile to the beach, and if you dont want to work jump on the beach shuttle which run continuously during season.
The first floor is home to the open concept living and dining spaces as well as the chef quality gourmet kitchen with a center island that provides additional seating.
