Swim in your own private, enclosed pool, watch sunsets from your balcony, or walk 200 yards to the beach! You'll have it all in this UPDATED, upscale vacation paradise! This rental has over 2800 square feet and sleeps up to 17 guests. The first floor has a master bedroom with a king bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with a king bed, a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a second living room with a full-over-full bunkbed and sleeper sofa. Space for everyone! The pool can be HEATED for an additional fee.
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fares you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
