This incredible eight bedroom Santa Rosa Luxury Home enjoys an exclusive vantage point overlooking the beaches of 30 A. Come and stay at this coastal estate and enjoy a luxurious residence that will please even the most discriminating guests. This home has an abundance of extras including a main house, a carriage house and a golf cart. The proximity to the beach and shopping and dining means this magnificent vacation home will have something to please everyone. This magnificent retreat enjoys FOUR living rooms and one is conveniently situated on the homes first level. Beautifully & professionally furnished with upscale furniture and a flat screen tv, sofa sleeper, and granite counters. A perfectly appointed Master Bedroom enjoys a plush King size bed, TV and private bathroom. The 2nd Suite on this level enjoys offers a Queen over Queen Bunk bed with 2 Flatscreen TVs. The 3rd and final bedroom on this level enjoy a Queen size bed and another bunk with Twin over Full. A bathroom in the hallway is available for guest use.
The homes second level is considered the heart of the home where you'll enjoy the most stunning panoramic gulf views from both the wraparound deck and the screened-in porch. The chef kitchen features granite counter tops, high-end stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, 2 dishwashers, gas oven, and an extra large gas range. A custom seating area for 14 and additional bar seating makes for great entertaining venues. The adjacent living area is perfect for hanging out and watching a movie on the 60" HD Tv! A 4th King Master Suite and a full bathroom along with a fully equipped laundry room complete our presentation of this level.
The additional living enjoys comfortable coastal furnishings and one of the sofas pulls out to a comfortable queen sofabed. The fully equipped granite kitchenette allows for morning privacy and quiet breakfasts and the private balcony offers gulf views and a perfect spot for that morning coffee. A King Master Suite with a private balcony overlooks the gulf and has a large HD TV and a spa-quality en-suite bathroom complete with Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and a separate shower. An additional King Suite with adjacent bathroom and private balcony with views of the Gulf completes the description of level 3.
The homes separate Carriage house is ideal for teenagers, the Grandparents or the nanny who will appreciate separate living quarters. Located on above the garage and where you will find the fourth and final living area complete with sofa sleeper, large HD TV and a full sized, fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms in the Carriage house. one with a King size bed and another with a twin over twin bunk bed. Both bedrooms enjoy TV's and share a large separate bathroom. The homes 2nd Laundry Room and a private wraparound deck with again lovely views.
The Pool and pool area is basically a private oasis and offers so much more than a place to swim. An array of luxurious chaise lounges for sunbathing, seating, tables, grilling and dining areas.
