This Santa Rosa beach estate is made up of the main house and a Carriage house and enjoys the ultimate vantage point looking down over the endless shoreline and pristine sandy beach. This impressive executive beach house enjoys five well-appointed bedrooms with five bathrooms and the ability to accommodate up to sixteen guests. While the home has been professionally decorated coastal comfort and beachside vacationing has been the owner's priority.
Arriving at the beach house the crip nautical blue and white exterior gives hints of what is to come. Coastal beachy charm and warmth, with soft tropical touches, will delight your senses. The spacious open kitchen enjoys ice white custom cabinetry accented by polished contrasting countertops. From this level exit the main living areas and enter the deep beach balcony with endless views of the sparkling Gulf waters. A staircase with multiple decks leads down to the beach below. All of the bedrooms are individually appointed and most include full en-suite bathrooms and water views. The Master Bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a spacious sitting area with a coffee bar beside another row of gulf-view windows. The luxury en suite bathroom includes double vanities, a double bathtub, and a double walk-in shower.
The Carriage Guest House has a studio-style bedroom with a queen sized bed, an en-suite bath, a sitting area with a TV, a dining table for two and a Euro kitchenette.
