This stunning five bedroom luxury Gulf front vacation villa boasts five well appointed bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. One of the top ten villas in magnificent Miramar beach enjoying ocean views and the best possible interior decor. This world class villa offers a world class vacation experience.
The magnificent living room has been designed with entertaining and luxury in mind with the most incredible floor-to-ceiling windows and a custom gas fireplace with a 70” flat screen TV and ample seating for comfortable movie viewing. The chef quality kitchen usefully equipped with premium stainless appliances including 6 burner gas stove and ice maker. The breakfast bar, and dining area makes serving up delectable meals a snap. A conveniently located guest bath on the 2nd floor common areas ensures everything you need is close at hand.
Three well appointed King bedroom suites offer spa quality ensuite bathrooms and a fourth bedroom enjoys a King wall-bed. This room also doubles as an entertainment room with access to the pool, a wet bar, a private bath and a large flat screen TV and sectional sofa. The primary master on the 2nd floor is pure decadence with sitting area, balcony, and spa-like ensuite with his & her vanities and large jetted tub with surround and custom columns. For the children, the fifth bedroom is a beautiful bunk room with custom made, Full beds. Sleep soundly amid fine linens at this Floridian paradise which ensures you are well pampered with spa-quality soaps and resort-style striped sheets and towels.
The villas Gulf front private swimming pool with waterfall offers a great place to cool off after enjoying our year round sunshine. The spacious patio includes plenty of sun loungers, while an exterior spiral staircase leads to a covered balcony with alfresco dining and an outdoor kitchen with a luxury built-in gas grill.
