Presenting this this luxurious beachfront townhome with three amazing, well appointed bedrooms and a new bunk room, four bathrooms and and a private splash pool. The home is stunning in terms of views and upscale interior decor and furnishings. The spacious and upscale great room is airy and offers understated luxury. The chef quality kitchen with stainless steel VIKING appliances, and hardwood floors throughout. This three-story Gulf front home, has been designed with multiple balconies offering world class views.
The first floor of this home offers a large living space with a sleeper sofa, wet bar, flat screen TV and has a full bathroom if guests need to make use of the queen sleeper sofa. There is also a new bunk room located on the first floor. A private, jetted splash pool looks out to the beach. .
The main living and dining area is located on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped with Viking Professional appliances including a gas cook-top, granite counter tops and custom cabinets. The guest room on this floor is furnished with a king-size bed, flat screen TV and a charming Romeo balcony.
Two bedrooms are located on the third floor. The master suite has a wet bar fridge, a private balcony to sip your morning coffee and a large private bathroom with a walk-in travertine shower with two large shower heads and a garden tub. The third bedroom is furnished with a King bed and is adjacent to another full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Seaside Treasure is truly comfortable and is an all clean bedding participant.
