This luxury retreat offers a world-class location along with the ultimate in terms of style and comfort. The first floor features an open floor plan with Peacock Pavers stone floor stop-of-the-line cabinetry, and cypress wood ceiling beams, in addition to beautiful designer furnishings with a style that works well with a contemporary touch. The fully equipped kitchen enjoys Thermador appliances including a built-in icemaker at the wet bar located close to the open dining area and the spacious living room. Luxuries include a wall-mounted flat-screen TV equipped with a Blu-Ray DVD player making the great room an ideal space for watching movies and other gatherings of time well-spent with family and friends. A Nuvo Grand Concerto sound system that allows for music enjoyment from multiple sources (iPod, Sirius, etc.) in different rooms at the same time. Wireless internet is complimentary throughout the property, allowing you to stay in touch with home while you spend time at the beach! You will find two fully equipped bedrooms on the second floor of the main house. The master and guest suites offer king-size beds, Blu-Ray DVD players equipped with flat-screen TVs, balconies, and private baths outfitted with Carrera marble. Rental of the carriage house is always included. It is a fully equipped residence with the ability to sleep four. It is designed in a similar style to the main house. The carriage house is furnished with a queen-size bed, a sleeper sofa, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a Sony sound system. In addition to a private washer/dryer unit, the carriage house boasts a fully equipped kitchen including a cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
