About this home
Presenting this Southern style luxury vacation cottage that has been completely redesigned to the highest possible standard. The West Indies inspired architecture blends with the classic Rosemary Beach coastal style. While this home has magnificent curb appeal its the indoor comfort and style and pool and patio beauty that will have you returning year after year.
The first floor is home to the guest room furnished with a plush King bed and the second guest room with Queen bed joined by a Jack and Jill full bathroom. The Master bedroom has a King bed and its own private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, granite countertops and a walk in closet. Each of the bedrooms have been furnished with a flat screen TV including the bonus third story closed-in loft with private bath and two twin beds.
The main living floor is stunning and boasts an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and multiple private balconies making for a wonderful apres beach gathering space. Also on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a stylish dining area.
While you have the luxury of your own private pool two magnificent pools are a flip flop walk from your residence. Walk to the best boutiques, fine dining restaurants and our beautiful beaches. You will find beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys & kids’ floats conveniently located in the garage for your use as well.
