Amenities include 5 adult bikes, a golf cart, outdoor kitchen and entertainment center, elevator and a game room complete with a TRX machine, foosball, ping pong and foursquare. It’s an ADA-friendly home with an elevator that reaches all 3 floors.
The first floor will be home to the fun game room, a half-bathroom and two charming bedrooms. A king suite and the other is a large bunkroom that sleeps 10 with a separate play area and mini kitchen for the kids to enjoy. An outdoor kitchen and entertainment center with a firepit, swing, hammock and shower stall are all on the back side of the home.
The second floor is where you will find the three yes three master bedroom suites– each with a king bed, private bathroom and flat-screen TV. A laundry room and separate wet bar with a mini fridge, sink, Keurig maker and electric kettle to grab a nearby cup of coffee in the morning.
The living room and kitchen are nestled on the third floor of the home, featuring a wrap-around porch with beautiful Gulf and lake views!
