Stairs lead down to your own powdery white crystalline beach that extends 100 linear feet. A brick patio spans across the other outdoor areas of this beautifully landscaped home. A unique built-in custom grill, made out of stone allows you to enjoy cookouts and dine al fresco. Garden trails with benches for seating meander across the lush heavenly grounds past flowering arbors, lush hedges, classic statuary, and a European style fountain, all eventually leading to a lovely outdoor garden alcove.

Up to 10 happy beachgoers may reside on vacation in the east wing. This beachfront lock-off home is decorated with a comfortable Florida styled original vintage décor that includes rosy salmon toned tile flooring throughout and a rose quartz-topped Wet Bar. The bright, spacious living area provides plenty of space for leisure, dining, and cooking with entire walls of windows that offer vivid views of the glittering gulf. Here a plush olive green couch, matching love seat, and an oversized armchair is flanked by two burgundy toned leather chairs. They face the gulf vista views while providing a comfortable area for conversations. A 50” flat-screen TV provides entertainment. There are two dining tables on the other side of this room and additional raised seating beside the newly completed granite-topped bar done in rosy colors with veined dark ebony flourishes. Creamy white appliances that include two microwave ovens accent the golden brown custom cabinetry. All the bedrooms are on a single level. Two of the Guest Bedrooms toward the front of the house share a luxury bath with a raised soaking tub with a glass block wall, a skylight, a separate walk-in shower, and a free-standing pedestal sink. One of these rooms has a king-sized bed while the other is a Bunk Room with a twin bunk and a nautical look. The Master Bedroom and another one of the Guest Bedrooms each have windows that face out to provide the glorious views of the gulf. Each one of these comfortably furnished rooms includes king-sized beds and full private en-suite baths.
