Tucked off Scenic 30A in Seagrove Beach, the setting of this three-bedroom vacation home provides a special type of seclusion and is just minutes away from the shimmering shore. A large fenced-in back yard includes a grassy lawn adorned with palm trees and tropical plants. An open veranda with two hanging basket swings and an upper level screened porch with seating can provide breezy views of the kids at play. A comfortable Guest Bedroom with a queen-sized bed on the first floor has access to the open covered veranda and shares a full hall bath with a crisp white bedroom with a queen and a twin bunk. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas are on the second level and have a bright sunny look. The living area includes a cream-colored couch that can convert to a queen-sized sleeper sofa if need be and a matching love seat that is nautically accented by a pair of light blue armchairs. This seating ensemble faces a TV for entertainment, perched on a light beach washed credenza. Windows provide light while sliding glass doors lead out to the porch that has a table seating for eight. It acts as a perfect place to enjoy drinks and dining al fresco while looking down upon the tropically landscaped lawn. The dining area indoors is off the bright open kitchen with seats for eight more on double crisscross backed chairs. The kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances, plenty of custom cabinetry, and a white Carrera marble-topped island with saddle stools. The Master Bedroom is also on the second floor level with a king-sized bed and fashionable blonde hardwood Vintage Modern furnishings. It has access to a full bath that includes two separate vanity sinks on a white marble-topped cabinet with a convenient glass-walled walk-in shower nearby. There is also a bonus loft space on the top floor that resembles a glass-walled observation tower that has two twin bunks. This wonderful Seagrove Beach location is very close to a couple of exotic Coastal Dune Lakes that sit beside the crystalline white beach. Such treasures are hardly found anywhere else in the world. They support a vast abundance of wildlife due to the ever-changing tidal flow of salt with fresh water through a connecting creek. They provide a great opportunity to catch some fish and explore the natural beauty beside the beach. Restaurants, beach bars, specialty shops, galleries, and amusements may be found very nearby in central Seagrove Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. Each coastal village offers its own distinct personality. The charming Dutch West Indies inspired the village of Rosemary Beach, and the internationally famed Americana styled Seaside also feature free outdoor musical concerts and fun seasonal festivals.
