The kitchen has rich maple toned custom cabinetry, wraparound counter space and gleaming stainless steel appliances with everything you need to create that fun family feast. One of the comfortable Guest Bedrooms is on the first floor with a queen size bed and access to a full hall bath. This bath doubles as a convenient powder room and a place to shower off from the private pool.

Out back a large lagoon shaped swimming pool has a large paver tiled patio for leisurely lounging that has been recently expanded. Two matching pool cabanas complete this private watery oasis that is highlighted with palm trees. The first floor level also includes a columned covered porch overlooking the pool. A table with chairs sits nearby where you may enjoy drinks or poolside dining. You may view this pool and the expanded patio from the romantic upstairs balcony that is right off the Master Bedroom Suite. The Master Bedroom includes a king size bed, a fireplace, balcony access and a full luxury bath en suite. Another Guest Bedroom includes a charming metal-framed queen size bed and shares a full bath with a kid's bunk room.
