Presenting this majestic home Located a few short blocks from the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, A truly delightful vacation home that boasts four bedrooms and comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests.
Enter the home by accessing the stone walkway up to the front porch. that leads into the main level which is home to the bright and spacious living and dining areas. Cool white overstuffed sofas and armchairs are set against soothing dove gray walls and provide a lovely coastal understated elegance.
With four bedrooms and three bathrooms spread out over two levels, everyone in your group can enjoy both entertaining together and privacy as required. The primary bedroom is on the main level and just down the hall from the living area. Here you’ll find a Queen-size bed with sea glass-colored headboard and flatscreen television. A full bathroom and separate laundry nook are across the hall.
The curved custom staircase leads to the three upstairs bedrooms. The spacious master suite has a luxurious king-size bed with a weathered-wood frame and large flatscreen television. A private en suite bathroom has a marble-topped double vanity and a contemporary, free-standing soaking tub. A separate glass-enclosed shower is perfect for rinsing off sun-kissed skin after a day at the beach. Step outside the glass door to your private balcony, overlooking the swaying palm trees and peaceful tropical 30A neighborhood.
A second bedroom on this level has a full-size bed and is flooded with natural light from two large windows overlooking the rustling palms. The third bedroom on this floor has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and another twin bed with a trundle— it’s a great camp out space for the little ones or teens.
