Welcome to your stunning 30A beach home located only 200 yards from Seagrove Beach access. This home features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. Relax in the salty air and enjoy the stunning Gulf views from the two balconies or catch some sun by the private pool outback! When your crew wanders back from the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and gather around the fire pit in the large, fenced-in backyard! This home boasts tile & hardwood flooring throughout, 2 living rooms, 2 full kitchens, and 2 dining areas plus extra seating at the breakfast bar.
This gorgeous home is a converted duplex with two 2BR/2BA units. A living room door allows easy access to each unit. The main level is up a flight of stairs and features both living areas and kitchens.
