Built-in 2015, this gorgeous home features upscale décor and high-end finishes, including limestone counters, rough sawn hardwood floors throughout, plus stunning Gulf Views from the 2nd & 3rd floors. Enjoy games around the table or relax in one of the two comfortable living areas. The king master suite boasts wall-to-wall views towards the Gulf, along with a sitting area & private bathroom. Additionally, there are king and queen guest rooms, a full over full bunk room, and a living room sleeper sofa, sleeping up to 12 guests comfortably. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
