About this home
This spectacular ski and summer mountain complex is nestled at the base of Beaver Creek. Exceptional year-round onsite activities - The nearby village enjoys an array of magnificent boutiques, world-class restaurants, local bars & cafes, art galleries, theater, spas as well as a year-round outdoor ice rink.
Mountain decor throughout this multi-level, three-bedroom plus loft townhome. Located in the Ridgepoint community at Beaver Creek, Colorado. All three bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor of this home.
The master bedroom suite featuring vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed, and a smart TV. The Master bathroom boasts his and her sinks plus a shower with a steam bath, and overhead rain soaker.
The second bedroom also has a king bed, a bathtub shower combination. Dual twin bunk beds make up the third bedroom with a sliding glass door that leads out to the back yard and tennis courts. Guests in this room use the third bathroom in the hallway. enjoy access to a nearby bathroom.
The open living and kitchen area is spacious and terrific for family gatherings. The modern, open kitchen is renovated and fully equipped with all you will need for dining and entertaining during your stay. Stainless steel appliances, great furnishings, and a superb Beaver Creek location.
The living room features vaulted ceilings along with plenty of seating and a romantic fireplace. There is a deck off the back of the living room where during the summer the family can gather and enjoy a gas grill. Back inside if. PLEASE NOTE THE 4TH BEDROOM HAS A SOFA SLEEPER.
Outdoor Jacuzzi- sauna room year-round- ski in ~ ski out trail. Tennis courts -Heated outdoor swimming pool located within a lovely flower-filled central courtyard are open almost all summer long.
