Welcome to a 14,000-square-foot estate of unparalleled luxury in Beaver Creek. This magnificent ski-in/ski-out Tuscan-style chateau, located in the exclusive gated community of Arrowhead, was voted one of the best ski homes in the US by CNBC in 2010. The estate comfortably accommodates up to 14 adults and four children under 14, spread across four floors to ensure premium seclusion and privacy.
Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a stunning open-plan kitchen and hearth room, a spacious formal dining area, and a grand Great Room offering breathtaking panoramic mountain views. Step outside to a heated stone terrace featuring water elements, a gas BBQ grill, a fire pit, and ample seating. This level also includes private gym facilities for guest use.
The lower level is a haven of relaxation and entertainment, boasting an indoor soaking pool and spa within a stone grotto, complete with a waterfall cascading over a hidden cave and a jet setting for swimming against a current. The games room is equipped with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, HD television, and a wet bar. Additionally, guests can enjoy a home theater room with reclining leather sofas.
For direct access to the slopes, guests can use the private bridge on the top level of the property. This floor also includes a ski room, a fully stocked kitchenette, a living area with an HD television, and an outdoor hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day on the mountain.
