A gate at the top of the stairs divides the upper floor from the lower floor in case guests need extra privacy.

Bear Mountain Ski Resort is just under two miles away, so you can enjoy all the snowboarding and skiing together while coming back to the comfort and quiet of a neighborhood. Summer guests are only just over two-and-a-half miles from Big Bear Lake! Visit Big Bear Alpine Zoo to get a glimpse of rescued wildlife just over one-and-a-half miles away.
