About this home
Enjoy the ultimate waterfront condominium that is completely set up for rest, relaxation, fishing, (rental) boating and enjoy days on the beach, bike riding, shopping, cruising around in a (rental) golf cart, or just relaxing on an amazing island full of nature’s beauty. Spend your evenings watching the sunset or the dolphins directly from the lanai, literally steps from the water. This beautiful, very well maintained 2 bedrooms with a king in the master and 2 doubles in the guest bedroom, 2 bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 6 and comes with all the amenities for an enjoyable and restful stay. The property is on a small island and includes a sun deck, pool, hot tub, tennis courts/pickle ball court, boat slips for rent, local bike rentals and beautiful beaches just miles away. The property comes fully equipped with beach chairs (on the sundeck and pool spa areas). There is beach towels, beach umbrella and some other beach supplies for your use kept under the condo in a labeled container for your use. There is a regular size washer and a smaller dryer in the kitchen area. The dinning will seat six ( 6 ) very comfortably. There is free high speed wifi and upgraded Xfinity cable. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms with DVD players and alarm clocks. There are plenty of books, games and DVD & BlueRay movies (both adult & children's) are also present for a relaxing night in with family or friends.
