Welcome to our newly renovated 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath half duplex, a hidden gem in the heart of charming Breckenridge! You'll find yourself just a quick walk away from the gondola and some of the finest restaurants and bars Breck has to offer. What's truly exceptional is that this proximity to the gondola, just a 5-minute stroll, comes with the added bonus of two private parking spaces, a rarity in this area. This home is tailor-made for large groups of friends and family, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.
The layout of this 4-bedroom home is ideal for large groups. The open-plan kitchen and family room create a welcoming space for everyone to gather.
