Conveniently located near town, world-class skiing in the winter, and endless hiking trails in the summer, this lodge is the perfect retreat year-round. The main level seamlessly combines the great room, dining area, kitchen, and breakfast nooks. Expansive windows reveal stunning views of Baldy Mountain. Under vaulted ceilings, the great room is a popular gathering spot, featuring a gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, wet bar with wine cooler, and a game table for cards, board games, or puzzles. Enjoy your favorite music throughout the main level with the in-house stereo system. The gourmet kitchen will delight any chef, boasting a large island with seating, a 48-inch professional dual oven, six-burner gas range, and two dishwashers. Adjacent to the kitchen are two dining areas: one with large breakfast nooks and the other a formal dining area with seating for 10. The lower level features an exciting rec room with a large wet bar, bar-style seating, sink, dishwasher, bar fridge, and icemaker. Enjoy a large flat-screen TV, billiards table, foosball, and a cozy gas fireplace. After a day of adventure, unwind in the theatre room and catch up on the latest movies. Outdoor entertaining includes a deck off the kitchen with a BBQ gas grill, table, and mountain views. A few steps away, a gas fire pit with seating awaits. The new patio behind the lodge features a private outdoor hot tub and a steam shower to soothe sore muscles after skiing or hiking. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, a 3-bay heated garage, and parking for up to six cars. Please note that a 4-wheel drive vehicle is required in winter months. ABOUT THE AREA Located in the exclusive Trapper’s Glen Subdivision, the lodge offers sought-after ski-in/ski-out access. From behind the home, access the Fairy Trail to the Lower Four O’clock Run and follow it to the Snowflake Lift for easy access to Peak 8 or 9. Note that you will need to cross the road to reach the lift.
