Nestled six blocks (.8 miles) from the vibrant south end of Main Street, you'll be close to shops and dining, and only five blocks from the free shuttle on Boreas Pass near the Stephen J. West Ice Arena—also home to the trailhead for Breckenridge's beloved troll, Isak Heartstone. For outdoor enthusiasts, enjoy easy access to beautiful hiking trails, including Illinois Creek, Sallie Barber Mine, and Mt. Baldy. Additional paid overnight parking is available at the Stephen West Ice Arena (south) and Airport Road (north), which accommodates RVs and trailers. Winter Advisory: During winter, driveways and roads may be snow-covered, requiring 4WD or AWD vehicles. Please prepare accordingly, as refunds cannot be given for vehicles needing towing due to snow or ice. Some roads may also require 4WD/AWD in non-winter months due to dirt roads and uneven surfaces.
