A beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Pool home located in SE Cape Coral and only 15 minutes from the Backyard Canal out to open waters. This little gem will help you relax by the pool whilst enjoying the healing Florida Sun. With enough room for small families this home features a King sized bed in the master bedroom, another king sized bed in Guest Bedroom 1 and a queen sized bed in Guest Bedroom 2. While the Guest Bedrooms share their bathroom which includes newly installed tile shower, the Master suite has a beautiful and spacious Master Bathroom with walk in shower and large tub and not to mention His and Hers sink.
This home features a Nautical and Modern style with Flat Screen TV's in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2. Enjoy the kitchen with Granite Countertop and Stainless Steel Appliances that also features Bar seating. Breakfast Den seating for 4 and the added Bar at the kItchen allow for a family of 6 to comfortably sit together. With the beautiful weather and gorgeous sunsets, a nice dinner or BBQ out by the pool with patio seating for 6, will allow for nice entertainment. The home features a Gas Grill for your convenience and 2 lounges are available for sun tanning.
For our Boaters. While this home currently does not feature a Boat Lift, it does have a Concrete Dock and this home is only 15 minutes by Boat from the Caloosahatchee River.
