SOUTH WEST CAPE CORAL LUXURY POOL HOME. This updated three-bedroom, two bathroom vacation pool home is conveniently located in one of the areas more upscale areas and enjoys the best access to many of our local and fine dining restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Drive to some of Floridas best beaches including Ft. Myers and sunny Sanibel Island.
The villas bright and spacious open floor plan offers a fabulous style and comfort and there is also a den with high-speed internet and wireless WiFi. The living room, is beautifully furnished with a large flat-screen TV, and tasteful and comfortable furnishings as well as enjoying a lovely view of the lanai and pool through the wide double sliding glass doors.
The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with all you will need for dining and entertaining during your stay.Adjacent is the dining area where you can enjoy a view of the pool through corner glass sliders.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the lanai through the glass sliders. The attached master bathroom suite includes dual sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet for your wardrobe and shopping treasures.The additional guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house and one fo the bathrooms also serves as a pool bathroom from the lanai and pool area.
The fully fenced yard will provide you with plenty of privacy and there is a BBQ with a large gas grill in the lanai for you to use. Enjoy your meals poolside and we look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful home away from home.
