About this home
This spectacular vacation home is is one of the areas finest with its 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
The magnificent master bedroom is furnished with a plush king size bed with lanai access and the lovely bathroom enjoys a garden tub, dual vanities and walk in shower. In the first guest king bedroom you will also find slider door access to the lanai. and is steps away from a guest bath with pool access and tub/shower combo.
The 2nd and 3rd spacious guest rooms both offer queen size beds while the 4th guest room has 2 sets of twins and TV, perfect for families with children. The 2nd guest bath also has tub/shower combo.
The chef Kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating for 3. Plenty of seating for the entire family, main dining room off kitchen will seat 8 while the formal dining room is for 6.
The living room is beautifully furnished with high end, comfortable sofa seating and has a massive flat screen Amazon fire stick equipped Smart television.
While the insdie is impressive its the out door area you will fall in love with. The private lanai enjoys breathtaking views of the gulf access canal while enjoying the swimming pool with swim up bar and bar stools. The large lanai is functionally designed with outdoor dining for 6, round outdoor sunbed, a propane BBQ grill and several pool loungers. Boat dock is available for tie ups but lift is not available for guest use.
