The villa has been constructed as holiday home and welcomes up to 6 persons with a lot of space and privacy. This gorgeous, new construction vacation villa is located in the south-west corner of Cape Coral very close to the Tarpon Point. It is one of the best and most sought after residential areas in Cape Coral. Shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc. are nearby.
Be the first one in this fabulous new construction. The Camelot Park is quickly accessible. There are also 2 free tennis courts available, which are also illuminated in the evening.
The boat location of this house is fantastic. It not only offers fast boat access to the Gulf of Mexico, it is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area.
Enjoy the fantastic intersection view on the canal. Electrically heated, the pool heats the water to a comfortable temperature in every season, which you can determine by yourself. In addition you can relax in the Spa which you can also adjust how ever you like it.
