This fantastic vacation villa is located in one the best locations of Cape Coral, very close to the Rosen Park. It impresses with a great room layout and large bright rooms.

It is one of the best and most sought after residential areas of Cape Coral. The Rosen Park is in walking distance. Shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc. are all close by. This vacation home is especially suitable for families with children.

The boat location of this house is fantastic. It offers extremely fast boat access to the Gulf of Mexico (5 minutes). A dream for every boater.

Our villa was extensively renovated until 2022. All furniture and appliances are new. The kitchen and bathrooms are new. The pool area is the highlight of this house. From the pool you can enjoy the fantastic view down the canal. Nevertheless, the spacious covered terrace area provides enough shade if you want. The pool is electrically heated and brings the water to a comfortable temperature at any time of the year.

From the elegant, light-filled living room you can enjoy the view of the large pool, the wide canal and the tropical garden (with own mango tree). The glass sliding doors can be completely opened, so that sets a great interior-exterior feeling. A large BBQ grill is available for our guest as well.

In addition to the large master bedroom with tv and king size bed and walk-in closet, you have another queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen size in the third bedroom. One couch in the living room can be used as a sleeping sofa (queen size).

In the master bedroom is the large bathroom with double vanity and spacious shower. From the guest bathroom with shower you have direct pool access.

The bright and open kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge and microwave offers fantastic pool and canal views.

Furthermore, there is free high speed Wi Fi throughout the house.
