Introducing this magnificent vacation home away from home with its private pool, kayaks, and stunning interior. A magnificent 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation villa that offers understated coastal luxury. Enter through the double glass front doors into the main living area where you will find a cozy sectional facing the large sliding glass doors framing gorgeous views of the pool and outdoor entertaining area. Another living room in the home gives guests more options for where they would like to sit, relax, and watch their favorite shows. The kitchen is high quality and fully equipped.
In the master bedroom, you will find a comfortable king-size bed to relax on. This stunning room also features its own flat screen TV, direct access to the lanai, and a stunning ensuite bathroom. This bathroom screams luxury featuring double sinks, a large soaking tub, and lots of natural lighting. In the other three bedrooms you and your guests will find a range of King-, Queen- and Twin-size beds. All rooms feature coastal décor giving every guest their own private oasis. There is an indoor game room with a foosball table and bar perfect for apres beach fun!
The screened-in lanai features a large, heated saltwater pool. This pool is perfect for floating around or playing pool games. Under the shaded portion of the lanai guests will find plenty of outdoor furniture for them to relax on including a dining table, loungers, and chairs. While relaxing guests can enjoy the outdoor TV or the firepit table. Down by the canal guests can relax on the dock and take in the views. For our more adventurous guests, we encourage you to explore the canals with the provided kayaks.
