This beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home is located in south east Cape Coral on a gulf access canal. With only minutes out to the open water it can be a boaters dream. With enough room for the entire family plus some, this home can assure your family getaway to be relaxing and memorable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and features an open floor plan. If you are here for business you can also utilize the Office/Den of the home with some privacy. All rooms feature a TV with HD programming. The bedrooms consist of a King bed in the master, a queen in the first guest bedroom with adjacent bathroom that also leads to the pool and 2 twin beds in the second guest bedroom for our young travelers. The home is also located near local shopping centers like Wal-Mart, Publix and several restaurants, and only a short drive to Fort Myers and Sanibel beaches.
