About this home
This beautiful home is new construction and is tastefully decorated. The home has a spacious and open concept living and kitchen area with stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops, a dining table that seats 6 and ample bar seating, the living room has plenty of seating and has nice large sliding doors that lead to the screened-in lanai, great for entering friends and family. The Master Bedroom has a king bed with flat smart TV, doors leading to screened lanai and pool area and an ensuite bathroom which features double sinks, walk-through shower and a private commode area. The 1st queen guest bedroom has a flat-screen smart TV and door leading to the screened lanai and pool area the 2nd queen guest bedroom has a smart flat-screen TV there is a full bathroom that has a shower tub combination. In the den/office there is a desk and pull out full-size sofa sleeper. This home also offers a separate laundry room with washer and dryer and the garage is a 3 car garage for renters to use, located in the garage there are: 2 Bikes, Corn Hole Game, Beach Chairs, Umbrella and Cooler are stored in the garage for guests to use.
