This absolutely magnificent Cape Coral vacation villa enjoys 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom and is tucked away in the upscale and coveted Southeast area of Cape Coral. Located alongside a 100-foot-wide canal makes this setting simply perfect.
The elegant covered paved seating area extends around the front of the residence and massive double front doors, will greet your arrival. Enjoy vaulted ceilings and spacious and simply beautiful family room enjoys comfortable seating and a flat screen TV.
The semi-open floor plan allows you to cook your meals in the kitchen while still being a part of the fun looking out over the living room. The formal dining room has seating for 6, with additional room at the breakfast bar area in the kitchen.
Exit the living room, where you will be greeted with the much requested southern exposure. Take a dip in the electric and solar heated pool or grab a lounge chair and work on that tan.
