About this home
This Florida vacation home is located in the desirable SW Cape Coral quadrant. Surrounded by new construction homes on a Gulf access canal, this luxury home was newly decorated and features an array of tasteful contemporary-modern furnishings.
Immediately upon entering the glass front door, you are greeted by vaulted ceilings, an open living room, a kitchen with an island and an unobstructed view out the lanai and swimming pool. The large living room features comfortable couches to relax in as well as a large kitchen with island and a separate dining room.
The master bedroom is located on the left side of the house. Both guest bedrooms are located on the right side of the home and share a bathroom. The guest bathroom offers ample space, dual sinks as well as a tub shower. The master bedroom has doors that open up to the lanai, an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-through shower.
The lanai is set up with a large flat-screen TV, dining table to seat six guests as well as a separate lounge area. The saltwater swimming pool is electrically heated and features a water fountain feature. There is a walkway down to the boat dock, which is ideal for fishing, relaxing, and sunbathing.
